Sharon is an inspired yoga instructor and has been an instructor for the last 3 years. She has strong knowledge of different yoga practices such as alignment-based, Vinyasa flows, Hatha, Pranayama and practical guided Bandha.
She completed her Yoga Alliance 200-hour RYT certification with advanced knowledge of the human anatomy. She had also attended Sajeeva Yoga Workshop with internationally renowned yoga teacher George Anthony.
Sharon enjoys motivating others to improve wellness and to embark on a journey inwards where physical awareness and spiritual enlightenment are in harmony through discipline, concentration, focused breathing and mindful movement.
