Lizah started her career in 2000 as an educator to all levels from children to senior managers and CEO’s until 2006 when she realized she needed better ways to manage stress at work.
Attracted to Kundalini yoga, she began to practice this regularly despite her busy working schedule and started to realize that she found immense benefits of this yoga on her physical vitality and mental wellbeing for its simplicity, practicality and no-nonsense approach to connect her intuition and staying fit.
She has conducted many advertised public classes at Heart Sanctuary and very enthusiastic to share what she learnt and continue deepening her studies with like-minded people who seeks the union of mind and soul for a fulfilling, successful and balanced life.
