Children today are busy with academic schedules, sports, video games, visits to the mall, birthday parties, music and dance lessons, which may not seem stressful, but they are! This stress is both physical and emotional, which children carry with them to school. It literally causes physical stress on their backbones and postures. Emotionally, the rush for excellence and expectations on our little ones do stress them out. This shouldn't be the case at all.
Our yoga playground offers specially designed classes to equip kids with the necessary life skills for them cope in a more hectic world. Through the guidance and support from our experienced instructors, children go home reinforced with positive attitudes.
