Edison was introduced to the tradition of Hatha Yoga in his early 20s. He is now a certified yoga instructor and has more than 10 years of teaching experience. His teaching style combines breathing techniques, meditation, physical movements, holding postures, alignment, emotion release, stress release and deep relaxation.
Apart from his passion in mind and soul, he is also a certified physical trainer with the American Council of Exercise. He also holds a certificate in Preventive Health Nutrition from Open University Malaysia, which enables him to give real food diet, nutrition and wellness advices. He is also a certified Kaatsu Blood Flow Moderation Specialist, a world renowned technique for strength and endurance training. He offers personal training for weight loss for physique and to support overall wellbeing.
He strongly believes in non-religious self-enquiry and sharing this to others to discover their true nature and lost lasting fulfillment and freedom.
