Angeline’s first yoga experience was a prenatal yoga class 11 years ago when living abroad. Since then, she began experimenting with various classes but her nomadic lifestyle made her yoga journey rather inconsistent until 2014 when she became enthusiastic with yoga all over again when she attended her first Critical Alignment Yoga class.
She felt then that everything made perfect sense through its mindful movement and intelligent sequencing and how this could apply in daily life. Yoga has taught her to be present and stop to take in a moment to breathe properly.
She is now a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and has undergone 20-hour Radiant Child Yoga and 15-hour Basic Children Yoga Training. She is also a Search-Inside-Yourself teacher, a mindfulness intelligence curriculum.
She brings elements of mindfulness to all her classes with both adults and children alike.
